I’m so excited to have one of our gorgeous original pieces going into Toastique, at their very first opening in Texas. I’m so happy they decided to support a local business and artist. Be sure to like their page and check out the new restaurant opening in Addison in late January. The owner, Penny, is a gem and the food looks SOO delicious. I can’t wait to visit and support a fellow small business owner.

When I watched it, I honestly didn’t remember sharing half of what I shared with the host, Kristin Dickerson TV. I think this was my first out-of-body experience. Six minutes went by SO fast. In that short timeframe, I shared a very high level of my journey from corporate America to small business owner. What I love the most are the pictures they showed in the interview. The pictures truly tell the story of my amazing artists, who pour their hearts and souls onto canvas for our enjoyment and contemplation, the customers who allow us into their homes and offices and my beautiful friends who come out, support me and refer me. When I watch the interview, this is the journey that I see and the journey that I will never forget. Thank you so much!

A few of our Frisco Arts Foundation board members and Frisco Councilwoman Tammy Suh Meinershagen took a half day to tour the HALL Arts Hotel, HALL Arts Residences and offices in Dallas. Opened in 2020, the curated artwork is absolutely mesmerizing, thought provoking and breathtaking. There are no words to adequately describe the true experience. You have to be truly immersed in it to fully appreciate it. We ended the afternoon spending quality, one-on-one time with Craig Hall at Ellies Restaurant.

Craig has had a long-standing commitment to Frisco through Hall Park, and he continues to invest in our community with Hall Park’s expansion and executing his vision for Kaleidoscope Park North Texas, and The Hall Arts Hotel opening in mid-2024 and the The Monarch HALL Park residences which recently opened in October. Craig has also been an early adopter and remains committed to a Performance Arts Center in Frisco. He is a true visionary leader.

Today was all about reimagining and visualizing the future of arts in Frisco. We have an exceptional foundation, but the potential and future for growth in the arts is ever so bright. If you are a lover of the arts, there is so much to come in our great city!

As the holiday season is upon us, I’m pleased to partner with Frisco Fastpacs to provide food to our Frisco ISD children who suffer from food insecurity.

Frisco Fastpacs’ mission is to ensure that no child goes hungry when school is not in session. Every week, the non-profit provides prepacked meals to all 72 Frisco ISD schools. During the holiday season, the need is even greater.
