The Frisco Police Department, in conjunction with the Frisco Fire Department and Frisco Independent School District, will be hosting its 12th annual Shattered Dreams program on April 10th and 11th. This year’s program will be held at Liberty High School, located at 15250 Rolater Rd, starting Thursday and running through Friday morning.

Shattered Dreams is a two-day program designed to educate students about the dangers of underage drinking and the severe consequences that can result from impaired driving. The program is coordinated by the police department’s School Resource Officer Unit and is held at a different Frisco high school each year.

As part of the Shattered Dreams experience, a motor vehicle crash reenactment will take place on Rolater Rd that includes an actual response from police, fire, CareFlite and other emergency responders that will take place at Centennial Medical Center in Frisco, TX located at 12505 Lebanon Rd., Frisco, TX 75035. Due to the reenactment, Rolater Rd will be closed from Valley Brook to Bendbrook. The road closure will last from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Motorists are urged to find an alternate route during these times.
