The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees voted Monday evening to approve attendance zones for four schools opening in the 2015-16 school year, along with modifications between Robertson and Boals elementary schools and Lone Star and Wakeland high schools.

It is also reflected in the deliberate manner in which we build and configure our schools. Elementary schools serve 700-plus students in grades K-5, middle schools serve 800-1,000 students in grades 6-8 and high schools serve up to 2,100 students in grades 9-12. (New high schools open with fewer grade levels and add one grade level a year until they serve grades 9-12.)
