Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie, an award-winning bakery specializing in macarons and other French pastries and coffee, makes the world a little sweeter, bite by bite. Bisous Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer and her talented team take the responsibility of spreading cheer very seriously and have dedicated July for a flurry of celebrations and a product launch. Now Christmas in July coincides with National Ice Cream Month, Independence Day, and Bastille Day because the new normal is anything but.

National Ice Cream Month

July has been National Ice Cream Month for decades and you can now beat the summer heat with Bisous’ house-made ice cream. First launched last year, Bisous brings back pint-sized happiness available in three flavors: Vanilla Shortbread Cookie, Chocolate Caramel Cookie, and Strawberry Cheesecake (in photo) for $9.

Bisous continues to expand their popular Freezer to Oven Collection with the incredibly popular Freezer to Oven Croissant Waffle Ice Cream Sammies. Bisous’ signature croissant waffle ice cream sandwiches were only available on pop-up Sammie Days at the shop but are now available to take home and enjoy anytime you have the craving. The Sammie Kits are available in any one of Bisous’ three house-made ice cream flavors and include (8) pre-pressed croissant waffles, tosses and toppings. The Croissant Waffle Ice Cream Sammie Kits are available as a four-pack for $22 beginning July 1st.

To celebrate the new Sammie Kits, Bisous will be hosting their own beloved Sammie Day in-store on Friday, July 3, from 10 AM to 5 PM and on National Ice Cream Day, Sunday, July 19, from 10 AM to 3 PM.

 Red, White and Blue

Signature French macarons remain the staple at the French bakery with 11 standard favorites and a featured flavor of the month. July’s featured flavor is Blueberry Cheesecake, a festive red and blue mouthwatering treat, perfect for Independence Day (July 4) and Bastille Day (July 14) celebrations. Macarons are available to purchase individually, as a gift pack, or as a tiered tower.

Christmas in July

Bisous is hoping to bring a little holiday magic to the second half of the year. As Meyer explained, “This year has been hard, so we all deserve a second Christmas!” From July 24th to 26th, Bisous will be transformed into a winter wonderland featuring festive holiday décor and tasty treats like Bûche De Noël by the slice; peppermint snowman and gingerbread men macarons; gingerbread éclairs; green bi-color croissant “trees”, and Melted Snowman Drip Cakes. Merry Christmas in July!
