Football players shouldn't be the only ones sporting their pink socks, shoes and gloves in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. In support of the fight for a cure, the Frisco Athletic Network and LoneStar Volleyball have teamed up together to create an event supporting the Susan G. Komen 3-Day.

iVolley4PINK is an event that will provide informational material to raise awareness on Saturday, October 27 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m at LoneStar Sports Center.

Don't forget to strut your pink attire and meet members from the infamous pink tutu and boa wearing Boxing Babes while you're there. They'll have plenty of PINK trinkets, bobbles and beads for sale.

More products to check out include:

  • An official iVolley4PINK t-shirt for sale
  • Raffle items such as a handmade volleyball quilt, two gift baskets full of AVP volleyball gear and a FYVB gift certificate (Tickets are $1.00 each)

Join in on the PINK fun and enter the iVolley4PINK contest. Try to be the most PINKED out team in the gym to win! Members of Boxing Babes will judge all participating teams on the most original, most pink, and most spirited.

Try not to blush too much pink when your team wins! As a prize, the winning team will receive a two hour party at LoneStar Center, one personal pizza and soda per each team player, and a court to play volleyball on.

All proceeds received from the auction and sale of all items will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation through the Boxing Babes.
