Frisco, TEXAS (December 27, 2011) – Frisco Square Development announce a New Year’s Eve Skating Spectacular at 6 p.m. on December 31st followed by a public skate until 10 p.m. This show includes skaters from the local area with Regional, Sectional, and Junior National Championship experience as well as a few who are National & International Champions and Medalists. The performers are skating to holiday music favorites and performing entertaining skating routines to delight Frisco Square’s New Year’s Eve visitors, and it’s a free show. There is limited seating available on bleachers near the rink; be sure to arrive early to ensure a place to sit.

Daily ice skating is available under the lights and music of Christmas in the Square M-F, 2 – 10 p.m. and Sat-Sun, 12 – 10 p.m. with a cost of $10pp including skate rentals. The Lights on Ice outdoor skating rink is open through January 8th and is sponsored by Sooner Management, LLC.  Christmas in the Square is a dazzling, choreographed holiday light show presented by Frisco Square Development, NBC5, and The City of Frisco.
