Frisco Oktoberfest at The Star is Back!

Celebrate Oktoberfest at The Star in Frisco on Saturday, October 3, from 11 AM to 9 PM with a full day of family-friendly fun, authentic German food, Oktoberfest bier, live entertainment, shopping, and exciting competitions.

Enjoy classic Oktoberfest activities including stein hoisting, keg rolling, brat eating contests, stein relays, wiener dog races, and more. Register on-site to compete for prizes including free bier, Whataburger for a year, and other giveaways.

Bring the whole family! The Kroger Delivery Kids Zone features face painting, a petting zoo, cotton candy, Dippin' Dots, souvenirs, and more.

Shop a variety of local vendors, grab a commemorative Frisco Oktoberfest stein (while supplies last), and enjoy a great selection of Oktoberfest beers.

Admission is free. No tickets are required. Food and beverages will be available for purchase (card payments only).

Leia's Kids will host its annual gala, Hope in the Kingdom A Royal Ball, on Friday, October 16, 2026, bringing together supporters for an evening of elegance, storytelling, and hope. Last year, the organization's first-ever event raised more than $100,000 to support amazing kids going through their unimaginable childhood cancer journey and remind them they are loved, known, and royal.

"Hope in the Kingdom is more than a gala. It's a night where our community unites to lift children fighting unimaginable battles," said Leia Hunt Toellner, Leia's Kids Executive Director. "Every ticket, sponsorship, and act of generosity helps us bring joy, financial relief, and dream experiences to these families who need it most."

The Royal Ball invites guests to step into a fairytale-inspired celebration honoring families impacted by childhood cancer and the loved ones who support them. The event will feature dinner, dancing, mission-centered programming, and special appearances by Princess Marygold, along with heartfelt stories shared by young cancer warriors and their families.
