Pets are important members of our families! Join St. Philip’s Frisco on Sunday, October 4th from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m., along with your animal companions, as we celebrate the Blessing of the Animals. This FREE community event will be held in the courtyard of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church (6400 Stonebrook Parkway; NW corner of the Dallas Parkway/Stonebrook Parkway intersection). Celebrate the bond we have with our pets with souvenir pet photos, tasty pet treats, St. Francis pet I.D. tags and more! We will also be collecting donations of pet care items for ‘All American Dogs’ animal shelter in Pilot Point, TX (pet shampoo, grooming brushes, old towels, puppy chew toys, kitten food, kitty litter etc.) – for a complete list of ‘most needed’ items visit stphilipsfrisco.org).
All members of the community are welcome; there is no charge for this event! Any household pet may be blessed; please bring them on a leash, or in a pet carrier for their protection. Bring your friends and their pets, too! For more information, call 214-619-5806 or visit StPhilipsFrisco.org.
St. Philip’s meets for worship each Sunday at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. at 6400 Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco. For more information, visit StPhilipsFrisco.org.
