Calling all married, engaged or seriously dating couples! It’s that time of year when you take time to enrich and strengthen your relationship. If you haven’t done it before, you’re missing out on taking your marriage or relationship to the next level and improving your communication and love for one another.
This year, Elevate Life Church (ELC) in Frisco will be hosting their annual marriage conference on February 14th and 15th. The event will kick off at 6:30 p.m. on Valentine’s Day with couples going to the church and picking up a “Date Night Goodie Bag.” This bag will include some sweet gifts and materials that will get you talking about your relationship. It will also include instructions on how to enter a drawing to win a grand prize valued at more than $750. The winners will be announced the next day at ELC.
The second day will begin at 9 a.m. with breakfast, then lead to impartation from Lead Pastors Keith and Sheila Craft. The Crafts have been married 38 years and in a relationship for 457 months. (They would know, because Keith honors Sheila every month on the 20th to celebrate their love!) They will offer advice and tips from communication, keeping your marriage intentional, sex, and many other marriage enhancing topics. Guest speakers, Jeffrey and Amy Smith will also join Pastor Keith and Sheila by sharing experience and advice from their relationship.
The event cost is $40 per couple, and you must register to attend. Childcare is available. You can learn more about the conference and register here: http://bit.ly/1cUNGc6. You can also find Elevate Life Church on Facebook and Twitter.
