JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED & LES MILLS BODYPUMP

There's never been a better time to join the Plano Family YMCA, as they've recently introduced the Jillian Micheals BodyShred program and the Les Mills BodyPump program.

Demand has been so great for BodyShed that an additional class time has been added. This high intensity and endurance-based workout is offered from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and from 7:15-8 p.m. Thursdays. Participants will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of their entire physique, while dramatically enhancing their overall health and athletic performance.

The Les Mills BodyPump program is a barbell class that focuses on low weights and high repetition movements. Participants will burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce body muscle conditioning. Call for specific class times.

FALL CARNIVAL

The Plano Family YMCA welcomes everyone to their Annual Fall Festival from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 29. Bring friends and family to the Plano Family YMCA, located at 3300 McDermott in Plano, to enjoy carnival games, arts and crafts, a bounce house, and trick-or-treating in a fun and safe environment. Costumes are encouraged!
