Graphic design students at the Frisco ISD Career and Technical Education Center recently designed valentine cards for children who will be spending Valentine's Day on the oncology floor at Children's Medical Center Plano Campus instead of in a classroom with friends.

Teacher Dianna Bacon bought bags of candy to take to the hospital. Students designed valentines that read "I (Mustache) You a Question... Will You Be My Valentine?" and "Great White Valentine," among several others.

"The students were very excited and had a good time coming up with some cute, creative valentines," Bacon said. "They really benefited from doing something to help others by using the skills they learned in class!"
