True North Church (8680 Main Street in Frisco) is hosting a small, intimate concert with The Hudson Taylor Band on Tuesday, May 14 at 7:30 p.m.

The Hudson Taylors will perform music in the genres of Celtic, acoustic rock, blues, and country. Really? Yeah, really! Come and listen, come and sing, come and worship! Whatever the reason, come and enjoy!

The Hudson Taylors are Noel Richards, Wayne Drain and Brian Houston.

Three guys of incredible musical, singer songwriting talent and  history come together to form The Hudson Taylors.

There’s something about the make-up of The Hudson Taylors that gets to the heart of their appeal. Comprising of a Welshman, an Irishman and an American Cherokee/Scot, The Hudson Taylors bring to the table a wealth of experience, heritage and skill. Their unique sound blends the raw nature of the Celtic with the tone and truth of country, acoustic rock and blues.

Simple ballads sit alongside congregational worship numbers, and all along there’s the sense of these songs getting right down to business: dealing with issues of justice, devotion and the simple steps of faith.

Limited seating is available, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early! This family friendly concert is free, and a donation will be taken up during the show.
