Want to have a year’s worth of fun in one afternoon? The Friends of Frisco Public Library Calendar Luncheon will leave you with a full belly, an entertained mind, and maybe some auction winnings. Lunch begins at noon on March 3 at The Frisco Senior Center. Doors open at 11:30 for a preview of auction items.

A $25 ticket includes a full lunch catered by Babe’s Chicken, live cowboy poetry recitations courtesy of Theatre Frisco, and the opportunity to bid on a variety of tempting silent auction treats. Up for auction are themed gift baskets such as sports, feel-better for grownups and one for kids, and, of course, Christmas, and Easter. There will also be individual items too big to put in a basket. Each table will be uniquely decorated to match various holidays and seasons from throughout the calendar year, adding to the festive mood.

“Whether the culture, cuisine, or cool auction items draw you in, we hope to see you at The Party of the Year,” welcomes Friends’ president, Judy Clark.

This is the first fundraiser of 2018 for the Frisco Friends of the Library. The Friends’ mission is to raise funds to cover things for the library that are not covered by the city budget and other donations.

Please support the Frisco Public Library and get your ticket now for an interesting and delicious lunch on Saturday, March 3, 2018. Tickets available online at www.friscolibrary.com/friends.
