Last month, local families came to Centennial Medical Center for a celebration of life at the hospital's annual Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Reunion. Families and staff members gathered on the hospital’s campus and enjoyed treats and games with children who were once patients of the NICU.

Infants admitted to the NICU typically include premature babies, those with dangerously low birth weight and those born with serious medical conditions or defects. This year’s reunion celebrated the health and lives of the hundreds of babies who have been successfully treated by Centennial’s medical staff in the NICU.
