It’s summertime and Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre thinks the cooking should be easy so this month’s classes focus on cool and fresh ideas. Here’s the schedule:

• MAKE-AHEAD SUMMER SIDES: SATURDAY, JUNE 22 AT 9:30 A.M. This class focuses on incorporating make-ahead side dishes into the menu. Attendees learn how to prepare time-honored favorites such as a layered salad, along with dishes that feature summer’s bountiful produce. No charge to attend.

• SUMMER DESSERTS: SATURDAY, JUNE 29 AT 9:30 A.M. Just in time for Fourth of July celebrations, this class offers refreshing frozen desserts that showcase summer fruit at their seasonal best. The class will demonstrate how to make that all-American favorite, ice cream, as well as other delicious treats, including a healthy alternative, frozen yogurt. No charge to attend. 

Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day store purchases. Individuals who wish to attend are asked to make a reservation by the Thursday before the Saturday class.
