If you want to teach your kid a little about holiday giving, there's no better way than taking them to the Texas Legends' Toys for Troops campaign.  This Saturday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m., the Texas Legends, in partnership with Jumper Bee Entertainment, will host a basketball clinic and play area for any child who donates a toy to Toys for Troops.

The team will host two one-hour clinics from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. prior to the game against the RGV Vipers.  In addition to the clinic, kids who donate a toy will have access to an inflatable play area, rides and games provided by Jumper Bee.

Admission to the clinic is free to the first 80 boys and girls ages 6-15 who donate a toy to the "Toys for Troops" cause.  With admission, kids receive one free ticket to the Texas Legends game that night.

Toys for Tots provides stuffed animals to soldiers serving overseas so they can be distributed to children affected by war.  Help the cause and support our soldiers in this special way.
