Recently, Centennial Medical Center (CMC) celebrated their annual neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) reunion with more than 200 former patients and their families. The event included face painting, an inflatable bounce house and slide and more. The NICU reunion gives former patients the opportunity to reunite with some of the people that tended to them during their most vulnerable stages.

Many of the NICU nursing staff has been at CMC for more than 10 years, and the reunion provides a great outlet for them to interact with their previous patients and learn more about the impacts they have made in their lives. The event is also a great outlet for CMC to highlight the various new advancements they have made and will continue to make to meet the needs of babies and their families in the Frisco community.
