FRISCO, Texas – Frisco Women’s League (FWL) is now accepting applications from local non-profit organizations who would like to be considered for a 2016-2017 grant through the FWL Charitable Giving Fund. Since its inception, the FWL Charitable Giving Fund has distributed $25,700 in grants to local non-profit organizations. The FWL Charitable Giving Fund solely functions to receive funds and distribute grants to our community partners and selected recipients. This structure allows FWL to contribute to more than one charity. It also allows our FWL members to increase personal awareness of the community’s needs and in turn increase awareness of the recipient organization’s mission across our FWL members’ networks.

The FWL Executive Board will review all applications and will select grant recipients whose services align with FWL’s mission and community efforts.

To apply, visit www.friscowomensleague.org/impact/charitablegivingfund and complete the online grant application. The deadline to apply is Monday, October 31, 2016. Please direct all inquiries to the FWL VP of Development at development@friscowomensleague.org.
