 , Franklin was a man of extraordinary curiosity and endless ambition whose
  influence stretched across politics\, science\, publishing\, diplomacy\,
  and civic life.  Franklin was a quintessential representative of the Enli
 ghtenment\, often referred to as the Age of Reason. \nThe lecture will hig
 hlight Franklin’s numerous pursuits and accomplishments\, including his wo
 rk as a printer and publisher\, one of the keenest political minds of the
  Revolutionary era\, a celebrated Freemason\, and a man with an insatiable
  curiosity that drove his experiments\, inventions and scientific discover
 ies. \nThe presentation is intended to offer audiences a deeper understand
 ing of the man behind the myths—one whose ideas about learning\, citizensh
