Centennial Medical Center is proud to offer a free diabetes support group. Rather than face this disease in isolation, join our community for support and friendship. The support group meets every other month, and is the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Future support group dates: November 12th, 2014. In addition to the free support group, the Diabetes Program offers many diabetes education opportunities that may be billable to insurance, as well as Medical Nutrition Therapy counseling. The presenter at this September's meeting will be Dr. Maushmi Sheth (www.shethmd.net ), who is on staff at Centennial Medical Center, Frisco and Baylor Hospital, Carrolton and is the current Medical Director of the Stroke Program.
