  for emerging artists of a visionary nature. Whether self-taught or raised
  within the disciplines of art\, we believe that the essence of true artis
 tic expression comes from an earnest desire to say something. we aim to fa
 cilitate the artist by promoting the exhibition and sale of art to the pub
 lic and local art population\, while hoping to create a hub for an emergin
 g art community. We have had a wonderful response to each of our shows and
  hope you will join us in creating a new dimension to art in Frisco. \n  \

 llery8680 acts as agent for exhibition and sales. thegallery8680 may photo
 graph art & artist for purposes of publicity & promotion. thegallery8680 i
 s not liable for any loss\, damage or theft as a result of any actions by
  persons unrelated to the gallery. Packing\, insurance & transport to and
  from the gallery is the responsibility of the artist. The artist receives
  70% & thegallery8680 receives 30% of final sale (including negotiated) pr
 ice. Work not accepted or sold must picked up by the pick-up date noted ab
 ove\, a storage fee of $10 will incur. All art not picked up within thirty
  days of the pick-up date noted above\, will become the property of thegal
 lery8680. Sales proceeds will be paid out no later than 2 weeks after end
  of show. By submission of this form the artist accepts the terms stated a
